These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the services through Classic One Way Taxi. By accessing or using the services, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description
Classic One Way Taxi provides one-way, round-trip, and outstation taxi services across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. Booking confirmations are subject to vehicle availability.
User Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
Pricing and Additional Charges
- Estimated fares are inclusive of fuel and professional driver service.
- Additional Charges: Toll gates, inter-state permits, parking fees, and hill-station charges are not included in the base fare and must be paid by the user.
- Billing is based on km traveled. Excess km beyond the estimate will be charged as per the car's per km rate.
User Obligations
Users are responsible for providing correct pickup/drop addresses and phone numbers.
Limitation of Liability
Classic One Way Taxi is not responsible for any delay due to traffic, malfunctions, or road conditions beyond our control.
